虎年拜年的经历 （三）

For the final stretch of blog talking about 拜年, I should pen down some events about the outing to sembawang hot spring. The outing was decided by Alan’s wife as we heard of the hot spring a couple of months ago , but never had the chance to visit it. The hot spring was probably the only hotspring we can go as going overseas to Taiwan and japan would be impossible for the near future. We think it would be good to go there for a nice foot bath, and alan’s wife wants to experiment cooking an egg using the onsen water.

We managed to decide on a sat ( 初五) instead of (十二) as alan had made the appointment to do booster on that day (十二). I went to alan’s house to do a simple 拜年around 9am in the morning. Their son was around 3 years old, and can start talking (atlhought I couldn’t make up half of what his son is trying to say) but I think is a good thing.

We left for sembawang hot spring at around 1010am. We reached the venue around 30minutes later to find that there are no carpark link to the hot spring. We end up parking in the nearby chong pang (blk 114 yishun ring rd). the hotspring wasn;t very big and quite a number of people using the onsen. We queued for 5 minutes before using the foot bath. The temperature of the foot bath was btn 40 to 50 deg. I got to the higher end of the foot bath which experience near to 50 deg, which I just could only do a 10minutes foot bath . Alan wise got a relatively milder side which is around 40 deg . his wife who don’t like onsen at all, just stand around , waiting for her egg to be cooked

We stayed for around 40 minutes before leaving the place for lunch. Alan;s wife managed to get the egg 80percent boiled (after 35 minutes ). From today’s event , I can only conclude that since alan’s wife is so reluntant going to any onsen , going to japan together is best avoided in order to prevent any future conflict.

For the rest of the 拜年thing, I didn’t really meet up with any more people. During the 14days of bainian , I got 5angbaos ( Its already very good ) . Looking positively , I managed to zoom bainian with zhixian / mengjing / tianwei and sebastian. A few friends like Yihui is presently very busy with his job and li min busy with her studies, probably wont be able to meet them for 拜年. So in quiet times like this , I should strive to do more of reading to improve myself.

For er hu wise, I have mananged to learn 6 lessons, things that need to be learn will get more complicated and I will have to spare more time practising. Hope I could improve as much during these weeks of learning

Final note , valentines day is coming . I forcast that I would still be single for this year and the coming years. But I still wish everyone a Good valentines day

虎年拜年的经历 （二）

今年和去年一样，新年还是在疫情下度过，而且同样还有每天五个访客的限制。因为疫情，今年同样无法出国了旅行来避年，也只能在家呆着。能不能出门拜年，还是呆在家里看书，真的还是犹疑不决。但今年在拜年上，多了网络拜年的方式。在初一早上和朋友们的临时交流，安排了两次的线上拜年。在这样的拜年当中，能见到两年没见面的朋友。要讲什么呢？自己还花了一两个小时来准备该讲的话。但可惜的是两天的人数都相当的少。星期五晚上只有5人，因为自己的努力，星期天的出席率还有9个人。正华的朋友几乎没有上线，也没有给原因，显的满不在乎的感觉。心里还是有些失望，但乐观来说，有三人以上的人参与，也不可以讲少了，反正不想拜年的朋友，也不好勉强。只要记得某事在人，成事在天，尽力就好！

在实体方面，今年在意料之外，我姐姐,姐夫在和他的女儿在初二有过来拜年。大概在12点半到。除了聚一聚以外。我还用视频和几位舅舅联系（大舅，二舅。三舅和二姨）让他们也能和姐姐拜年。姐姐的病情还没有多大的起色，记忆还停在十多年前的事情。有和他的女儿（我的侄女）拿到电话号码，大概不会什么用到吧！

晚上也托毅辉的福，有五位朋友晚上11点多过来拜年 （至贤等人）。在这样冠病的时期，还有人能努力到处去拜年，其实也是一件好事。能聚在一起，大家互相鼓励一下，也是很不错的事。大家坐了半个小时才回。

星期四，二堂哥安排之下，我和母亲还有过去二伯那里拜年。我们在外吃了饭才过去二伯的家。有看到二伯和二伯母。在那里坐了一个多小时，大部分时间，都是我母亲和二伯母聊天，讲讲以前的历史。到了10点才回。其他的亲戚今年大概不会去拜年了，就只停留在WHATAPP greetings 就好。

回顾一下，今年的拜年还是比去年好。明年呢？和自己说，拜年对一个40多岁还没结婚的我来说，都是个难熬的日子。如果能出国的话，都会选择出国，去哪里都可以。这样来说，不去拜年，也没有太多烦恼。

虎年过年（上）

过年前的大扫除的确是不容易。花了整整两天的时间，把房间和厨房的东西拿出来整理一番。该扔的东西（坏掉的东西或很久都没机会用的东西）的还是要扔掉的，这样一来，新的东西才能进来。但好好的东西就应该放出来，找机会来用。家里虽然来拜访的亲戚朋友非常少，但总要布置一下，让家里有些过年的气氛。

除夕夜，我母亲还是和去年一样，准备一些火锅的料理。因为准备的料理很多样化，单单准备就要两个小时。今年不巧的是，福来家里的房客有人中冠病，所以他没能上来吃团圆饭。不过，也因为疫情的关系，回不了马国的朋友（叶翠和她的先生）有过来一起吃团圆饭，有四个人，也算是不错了。

初一整天都在家里呆着。晚上刚好瑞祥有在家，便和母亲上去坐坐。他的家人都有在，就叙旧一下吧。讲到90年代 的历史，当时自己还在读理工学院。讲到瑞祥小时候和宝凤阿姨的事情，也是个很好的回忆。我们坐了45分钟才回家.

回家的时候，很不幸遇到了车祸。在YUAN CHING RD 走直的时候，有一辆车从小路（kang ching rd）冲出来撞到我的车。两辆车便停在马路上，还好没有人受伤，所以不用马上报警就可以把车移开。大家先驾到附近的停车场，看一下车辆的情况。我的车旁边两个门都中招，但对方只有前面左边（passenger side）有些磨损。自己一时也不知道可以做什么，只好打电话请毅辉来看一下。开始时，对方有建议私下解决，各自出钱自己修理自己的车。但毅辉有过来，看过车之后，认定车门严重受损，修起来也是个大数目，必须CLAIM 保险。对方一直认为他没有错，想多讲也没有什么意思。拿了对方的资料和拍照之后，我们便离开了。

之后，毅辉有建议自己上网先在警方的网站报案，以车上的VIDEO CAM 的录影来说，很明显是对方的错。应该能Claim 到对方的保险。因为初二是公定假期，NTUC的 reporting center 没有开，只有等到初三才能过去。本来在初三就已经安排了活动，想问毅辉看可不可以等到星期五才下去。他的答复是，依法律来说报案必须在车祸的24个小时工作日之内报。没办法，只好忍痛，取消活动，改去车行。乐观来说，还好只是车门是受损，但没有什么零件掉下来，旁边的望后镜也没有被打到 （不然连车都驾不了）

到了初三，驾车去到NTUC的 reporting center 报了案。修车场这几天都是休息日，所以要等到星期一才去修理，新年期间还是有车可以用吧。说回来，新的一年（虎年）就遇到如此倒霉的事情，心里还是有些难过。大概今年的运程应该是属于下下签吧。什么事都要学会看开，放下。不会谈恋爱的，一个人也可以很开心！
