多变的冠病世界

在这多变的世界里，新加坡在疫情的管控一直起起落落，从年头社交限制从2人到五人，之后又涨到八人。但疫情因为这些开放措施，病例又开始增加。在不得已的情况之下，政府又得收紧管控措施。就是因为和病毒的长期抗战中，社交限制近来一直在2人和5人之间打转。有时候，还是有些防疫疲劳。真的不知道，这大流行病几时结束，几时可以出门不用带口罩，也不用遵守什么一米的防疫措施？政府的政策有时也显得有些模糊，一方面，说要开放经济 ， 很多活动可以恢复，一方面又说请大家多呆在家里，不要出门。我们应该抱有什么心态呢？是要谨慎乐观 ，多出门走走（刺激消费），还是谨慎小心 ( 整天呆在家里）？

近来新加坡病例破千了，政府终于又从27号之后关紧防疫措施，只应许2人在外用餐。还好的是，自己还有机会在25号，和朋友出外一起吃饭。也要感谢天伟帮忙安排的生日聚餐。25号的早上，本来是准备好去植物园走一下，但脚痛了好几天都没有好。只能在家里休息，并打扫一下家里。中午出外买了一些简单的蛋糕，自己庆祝一下，就好。在FB上，有40多位朋友给与的祝福，已经很好了。

旁晚，和天伟 、德明去到富贵大厦吃晚饭。这次虽然没有想象的五人这么多，有些朋友不是没空，就是作工。但和自己说，三人成众，也不能说少了。吃了火锅和泡泡茶之后，德明便去作工了，剩下天伟和自己去唐人街走了一下，看看中秋节的灯饰。在这时候，有朋友可以聊聊不同的课题，如疫情的东西和未来能做的事，其实也事一间幸福的事。

未来而言，新加坡这几天的病例可能会创新高，管控措施在这几周不太可能会放松，学会一个人的日子，还是好的。只要有最乐观的希望，最坏的准备，没有过不去的 路。

コントロールできないものに気を病むのではなく、できることを精一杯やろう

SEPT BLOG02

在新加坡，冠病情况近来变的越来越严重。有好几天的病例都破千了，每隔一两天都会有人死于冠病，这是个令人感到担心的消息。政府方面，好像没有回到第二阶段的迹象，但我的公司还是采取了比较安全的措施，大部分的员工还是在家上班。我好像变成了公司唯一“必要服务”的员工，需要每天回到公司。这个礼拜下来，每天回到公司作工的同事还不到10位吧。

最近跑步，不小心弄伤了右脚，我猜想是因为跑步鞋磨损的太厉害，而伤到了脚环。看样子，最少一个礼拜不用跑步了。乐观来说，就当做休息一下，没有什么是不好的。公司在2020年底有给的 CAPITAL MALL voucher , 可以拿来买新的跑步鞋

展望未来，我生日要来临了。在这个非常时候，应该不会有任何庆祝，大概就是和母亲吃个饭，就好了。只想讲讲今年和明年的愿望。短期来说，还是可以多在家看书，充实自己。这两个月，也该多吃一些，希望自己的身材也能稍微胖一些（ 能到51公斤）。从10月开始，每天还得拿两天的年假，不然2020年的假期或许会被吃掉。不能去那里，就在家休息吧。下个月还安排了一天去律师楼做遗嘱。长期来说，还是希望冠病能在接下来的几个月变好一些。如果到了明年二月，日本能开放旅游的话，我应该可以去北海道一个礼拜吧。要不然就要等到2022年的11月去京都了。

幸せは自分の心から生まれる、 どんなささいなことも感謝できる人は幸せ。何があっても幸せと思う人な、誰も不幸にすることにできない , 悪魔が千人集まっても、そういう人を不幸にするはことできない

Covid situation in Singapore ( sept 2021)

Talking about the vaccination rate, the government had managed to vaccinate more than 80 percent of the population ( people above 12 years ) , and has become one of the countries with the highest vaccination rate. These prove to be very crucial as the Singapore starts to open up the economy again. That’s also the reason that I now back working in office ( as 50 percent of the working population can now go back to office)

But several new kind of covid variant (particularly the delta variant ) has make things very complicated. Over the past two weeks, the covid figures has been going northwards in Singapore as many of the vaccinated individual catching the delta virus. It was pretty worrying thing for me as the main clusters came from several of the bus interchange, which many people used to commute daily. People getting the virus could spiral out of control if the situation is not managed carefully. Over the month of august, there are also record numbers of people (15) dying from covid, most of them unvaccinated

Even under such circumstances, the government decides not to re-implement the 2HA ( for now ). The reason is that with high vaccination rate, patients with COVID 19 that are serious enough to require oxygen support have been very low. For those who are vaccinated, COVID 19 would be more or less treated like normal FLU and life should go on like normal. Vaccinated person with covid (without symptoms ) may soon be allowed to quarantine at home instead. Looking forward, would such policy works for the better of the nation? Or will it backfire and more severe cases might occur in the near future? I guess only time can tell. But then, I probably would just play a safe for a few more weeks and stay at home most of the time.

Personally wise, I went with my mother to West gate last week, in attempt to get myself a desktop. But the salesgirl persistently tried to push me to get a laptop instead. Not willing to get a lap top for now, I end up not buying anything. For now, I’m still undecided if I should get a new lap top instead? Or should I just hold on to my old mac book？ (a lap top which has a super small hard disk space that I could no longer install new software , and the words software can’t work due to licensing issue). I should just ponder for another while.

Looking forward, I hope things can get better. I would be taking two days leave this month, maybe I should do some visiting to the botanic garden or whatever. I Should stop here for now , 一个人也可以很开心。
